In this unit, couriers are trained on safety procedures while driving, proper handling of fragile or hazardous materials, and proper emergency response. Compliance with regulations and laws:
Working in the shipping field requires a thorough understanding of local laws governing delivery and transportation operations. This unit trains representatives on traffic laws, customs regulations (if applicable), customer rights, and the importance of adhering to professional ethics. Legal compliance not only protects the company but also demonstrates the representative's professionalism.
Effective practices for delivering shipments:
Speed alone is not enough; it must be coupled with accuracy and courtesy. In this stage, the representative learns the best methods for delivering shipments in an organized and efficient manner, how to deal with customers professionally, and how to overcome daily challenges such as traffic or delays, with an emphasis on the importance of accurate follow-up and documentation of each delivery.

At the end of the training program, the assessment phase is a crucial step to ensure the trainee's readiness to enter the job market with confidence and competence. These assessments cover multiple aspects, such as understanding safety procedures, compliance with regulations, the ability to communicate effectively, and problem-solving under pressure. Upon successful completion of the assessment, the trainee will receive: Official certificate of completion accredited by the academyProving successful completion of the program.
